Yes. Agents on the Agency plan can manage multiple landlords' property portfolios from a single login, with full visibility across all assigned properties.
Each lease record has a "Send Reminder" button. Clicking it opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message that includes the tenant's name, outstanding amount, and due date — you just press Send.
Yes. All data is stored securely, tenant links are access-token protected, and sensitive financial information is only visible to the landlord or agent who manages the lease.
